Trailer #2: Sucker Punch
Girls kicking ass? Check.
Zack Snyder’s (300 and Watchmen) slo-mo to fast motion effects? Check.
300 meets Kill Bill meets acid trip…welcome to Sucker Punch.
The 2nd trailer to Sucker Punch just arrived which shows more of the actual storyline. I’m not so sure that’s a good thing. The Sucker Punch posters have been visually amazing (see them below). The girl power/mind bending themes are great. But I’m becoming a bit skeptical. It seems to be all over the place. Watchmen had a trailer with visuals to knock your socks off. That movie was ho-hum. But Sucker Punch IS in IMAX, which is always a huge plus. Will you be seeing this film in March? Are a bunch of ass kicking girls in a fanboy world enough to buy a ticket?
