The Green Lantern will be released upon the world this weekend. It looks to be  the perfect mix of hardcore sci-fi and hardcore comic book geekasms. Basically, the opposite of what I like. I’m really not that excited about seeing it, but know I’ll probably still end up in the theater to prove my gut reactions correct. Yes, I have self control issues. This is nothing new.

The Muppets movie has taken this opportunity to unleash another parody trailer. This time Green Lantern is their target.  And it looks so much better than the power ring movie.  They have done a great job of walking the fine line of parody and self-awareness in all of these teaser trailers so far.
